Foundational workshop adapts to today’s workplace needs and takes the name Applications of Behavioral Leadership

Atlanta, GA: (January 2015) For more than 35 years, Aubrey Daniels International (ADI) has been educating its clients and other business leaders on the science of behavior and how to apply behavioral principles in the workplace. More than 800 companies and nearly 10,000 managers, leaders and change agents have attended Applications of Performance Management Technology. Just as the workplace has evolved, so too has ADI in the way it extends the tools and methods of the science of behavior.

“The transition to Applications of Behavioral Leadership (ABL) incorporates the enhanced tools and skills we use directly with our clients,” states President and CEO Tom Spencer. “This workshop has become a mainstay for many of our long-term clients and they can be assured that the foundational elements they’ve come to rely on are still very much a part of this workshop.”  Spencer continues, “Our focus has and will continue to be on providing participants with an in-depth look at the science of behavior, as well as other skill building in valuable leadership skills such as how to evaluate performance objectively and how to capture discretionary effort.”

For managers, supervisors, team leaders and other change agents looking to improve their approach to managing people, ABL supports them by building the skills required to create positive work environments and earn discretionary effort from those around them.  It not only provides an understanding of the science of behavior, but also includes behavioral tools for addressing important workplace challenges and a strategy for problem solving that allows participants to adjust what they do to maximize impact. The format includes experiential exercises, case studies, focused discussions, and a number of opportunities to apply what is taught.

Success in business requires the ability to have a positive influence on others. ABL provides the skills needed to increase engagement, capture discretionary effort, accelerate business results, and improve morale and retention.

The transition to Applications of Behavioral Leadership begins with our February 23-27, 2015 workshop. Register now.
