ADI, experts in helping its clients create great places to work, positive cultures, and highly effective leaders knows that workplaces free of threat and fear allow respect, ethical decision making and discretionary effort to thrive. Women, culturally conditioned around the world to raise the young, are very likely to understand the power of 'Carve Mistakes in Sand and Success in Stone'.

We have no time to waste—ethical misconduct, scandals and greed, short term gains over safe practices—all these things are robbing our collective future," stated Darnell Lattal, President & CEO of ADI. "ADI is proud to support today's agenda on women's global issues and is committed to ensuring that women take on pivotal roles of leadership. ADI is dedicated to the incredible workplaces of our future where women's unique histories are allowed to shine."
