In matters of safety, all levels of an organization must be committed to creating a culture of safe habits. ADI offers the following safety surveys to support organizations in identifying the current state and in the steps needed to create a safer environment:
Safety Culture Survey: Dig deeper to identify the cultural practices that support and/or undermine safety performance. The questions in this survey address a range of safety culture variables, including proactive versus reactive safety management, leadership and employee engagement, conditions and reporting, resources, consequence management, and personal responsibility.
Safety Leadership Survey: This unique survey enables employees to provide anonymous feedback to their immediate supervisor on his/her safety leadership. While all leaders have good intentions when it comes to safety, receiving feedback on the actual impact of their actions helps leaders to adjust what they do and ensure that those within their span of control are as safe as possible.
Behavior Based Safety Readiness Survey: Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) can be a powerful component of your organization’s safety management system; however, there are some conditions and practices that are important prerequisites to successful implementation. This survey provides organizations with the information they need to determine if they are ready for BBS, and the steps they should take to prepare.
Lone Worker Safety: Because observation and interaction opportunities are limited, it can be difficult to know how lone workers are really doing around safety. This survey allows lone worker populations the opportunity to anonymously share what works and what doesn’t, as they manage their own safety performance, and steps they can take to ensure their personal safety on the job.
Safety Pulse Checks: If your organization has been working to improve safety leadership, change safety culture, or implement a BBS process, a brief pulse check survey allows you to quickly check progress, and learn where to focus your energy for continued improvement. These 6-8 question surveys are a cost-effective way to evaluate success on any initiative.
Safety Summit/Safety Conference Surveys: Administered prior to planning an internal safety conference or summit, this survey gathers input from participants to ensure that the agenda targets what matters most and that expectations are met. In addition, a customized, post safety summit survey can be implemented to gather feedback from participants for future planning. ADI can also offer supplementary support including keynote speakers, facilitation support, breakout session planning, and post-conference action planning.
