Workshop Accommodations, Materials, and Cancellation Policies.

ADI Accomodations, Materials and Cancellation Policy:

**Virtual Training Event Policy: Given the brief timeline for offering online events, and the subsequent registration process, ADI does not offer refunds or transfers to other training dates or events at this time.

Workshop Fees Are Due Upon Registration. If your organization’s process for payment does not allow sufficient time for mailing your payment, ADI accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Upon registration, a guaranteed hotel reservation will be made for you within walking distance of the training center. Space permitting, reservations are held at the InterContinental Buckhead Hotel located directly across the street. ADI secures a highly competitive rate that includes a grab-and-go breakfast each morning and complimentary Wifi. Your confirmation number will be provided in the confirmation package sent to you 4 weeks prior to the date of the workshop. Please be advised that hotel fees are not included in the cost of the workshop.

Workshop Cancellation and Substitution Policy: If you are unable to attend the scheduled workshop, you must notify Lori Brody (lbrody@aubreydaniels.com) and choose one of the following options. 1.) If you cancel more than 5 business days prior to the workshop, ADI will refund your registration fee, less $250 plus retail and shipping costs of workshop materials previously shipped to you. If you cancel fewer than 5 days prior to the workshop, you will forfeit the registration fee altogether. 2.) If you’d like to reschedule, the first reschedule is free. If you reschedule more than once for the same workshop, you will be charged $250 for each additional reschedule. 3.) We invite you to transfer the registration to a substitute participant. If you send a substitute, we require that you also transfer your welcome package and pre-work materials to that person and contact Lori Brody (lbrody@aubreydaniels.com) with their name and contact information. If you are not able to attend or send a substitute within a year of the originally scheduled seminar, you will forfeit the registration fee.

In the event you must cancel later than noon on the Friday prior to the workshop, you are also required to cancel your hotel reservation directly with the hotel before 6:00 p.m. on the scheduled date of your arrival. In the event you cancel directly with the hotel, you must provide Lori Brody with a cancellation number; otherwise you will be responsible for any “no show” charges billed to ADI from the hotel. In the unfortunate event of an ADI cancellation, ADI will work with you to reschedule your attendance in the same workshop at a later date or will FULLY refund your registration fee (at your discretion). ADI cannot be responsible for any non-refundable travel expenses incurred by you or another as a result of your registration, attendance at, or cancellation of an ADI workshop.

ADI recommends waiting 3 weeks prior to the workshop before making any airline or other non-refundable travel reservations.

Lastly, we are commonly asked to ship materials back to attendees at the conclusion of the workshop. ADI is happy to ship your classroom materials back to your office or home via UPS with a $7.50 per person handling fee plus shipping charges.
