The health and safety of our trainers and participants is of the utmost importance as we return to in-person training. All training events at the ADI Training Center will be limited to no more than 24 participants and proof of full vaccination dated at least two weeks prior to training will be required. CDC guidelines will be strictly adhered to in our preparation, delivery, and interactions, including extra precautions in all social and communal spaces throughout the training area.
REGISTRATION: Workshop Fees Are Due Upon Registration. If your organization’s process for payment does not allow sufficient time for mailing your payment, ADI accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Upon registration, you will receive an email confirmation along with a link to secure your hotel reservation. Unless otherwise stated, ADI reserves a block of rooms within walking distance of the training center at the InterContinental Buckhead Hotel. ADI secures a highly competitive rate that includes a grab-and-go breakfast each morning and complementary Wi-Fi. It will be your responsibility to book your reservation. Should you need assistance, contact ADI. Please be advised that hotel fees are not included in the cost of the workshop.
CANCELLATION: Workshop Cancellation and Substitution Policy**: If you are unable to attend the scheduled workshop, you must notify ADI (firstname.lastname@example.org) and choose one of the following options. 1.) If you cancel more than 5 business days prior to the workshop, ADI will refund your registration fee, less $250 plus retail and shipping costs of workshop materials previously shipped to you. If you cancel fewer than 5 days prior to the workshop, you will forfeit the registration fee altogether. 2.) If you need to reschedule, the first reschedule is free. If you reschedule more than once for the same workshop, you will be charged $250 for each additional reschedule. 3.) If you so desire, you may transfer the registration to a substitute participant. If you send a substitute, we require that you also transfer your welcome package and pre-work materials to that person and contact ADI (email@example.com) with their name and contact information. If you are not able to attend or send a substitute within a year of the originally scheduled seminar, you will forfeit the registration fee.
In the event you must cancel, you are also required to cancel your hotel reservation directly with the hotel before 6:00 p.m. on the scheduled date of your arrival. In the unfortunate event of an ADI cancellation, ADI will work with you to reschedule your attendance in the same workshop at a later date or will FULLY refund your registration fee (at your discretion). ADI cannot be responsible for any non-refundable travel expenses incurred by you or another as a result of your registration, attendance at, or cancellation of an ADI workshop.
ADI recommends waiting 3 weeks prior to the workshop before making any airline or other non-refundable travel reservations.
Lastly, we are commonly asked to ship materials back to attendees at the conclusion of the workshop. ADI is happy to ship your classroom materials back to your office or home via UPS with a $7.50 per person handling fee plus shipping charges.
**Virtual Training Event Policy: Given the brief timeline for offering online events, and the subsequent registration process, ADI does not offer refunds or transfers to other training dates or events at this time.
