Laura Lee Glass

Laura-Lee has been working in the publishing and marketing arena for over 28 years. Her journey includes spearheading the development of ADI's inaugural website, followed by subsequent transformative iterations. She is responsible for managing all facets of ADI’s publishing division, Performance Management Publications, where she directs procurement, editing, production of diverse formats (books, eBooks, training tools, and client materials), warehouse design and logistics, customer service, fulfillment, and ADI’s online store.

Laura-Lee is passionate about producing quality products and protecting intellectual capital, in keeping with ADI's established brand. She serves on ADI’s marketing team where she is involved in content editing, lead assignment, social media marketing, global marketing campaigns, subscriber emails, and website administration.

With a tenure of over 30 years at Aubrey Daniels International, Laura-Lee has been responsible for publishing 22 books by ADI authors and has overseen the translation of ADI books and training materials into Spanish, French, Chinese, Japanese, Icelandic, Norwegian, and Italian.
