Ashley Stapleton

Ashley is a dedicated consultant with a passion for helping organizations achieve their most critical objectives through the application of behavioral science combined with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools. With her expertise in behavior analysis and Lean Six Sigma, she excels at developing executable strategies and solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each organization. 

As an organizational problem solver, Ashley partners with leaders to identify and execute solutions that drive improvement in key business areas across industries. Her areas of expertise include cross-functional process improvement and development, leadership development, safety and quality, customer experience, and cultural transformation. Ashley helps organizations create meaningful and actionable strategic objectives by delivering behavioral approaches that support clients' improvement initiatives, leadership development efforts, and culture change endeavors. She is highly regarded for her ability to provide practical applications that drive positive results.

Ashley holds a bachelor's degree from Purdue University in English with an emphasis in Psychology and Law. She furthered her education by earning both an M.S. in Organizational Behavior Management and an M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. She also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

Based in Orlando, Florida, Ashley has presented her work and contributed articles on relevant topics. Outside of work, she enjoys home renovation projects, traveling adventures, as well as cheering on Purdue football.
