Lori Brody

Lori joined the team after Abernathy & Associates (A&A), a preeminent Performance Measurement and Incentive Pay (PMIP) consulting organization, was acquired by Aubrey Daniels International (ADI). Lori’s expertise was honed at A&A since she started there in 1998. Today, as a valued member of the ADI team, Lori continues as the Director of PMIP. In this capacity, she is responsible for all performance pay and scorecard client services, as well as new client implementations. 

Through the years at both A&A and ADI, Lori has gained considerable experience in project management. She has worked in a wide range of industries, from financial to manufacturing, and in sizes from 20 employees to over 1,000. In her years as a project manager, she has developed a strong ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization, from clerical staff to senior and executive management.

Lori has continued to expand her role at ADI and has become the lead consultant responsible for all aspects of PMIP client engagement. This includes working with clients in the design and implementation of performance measurement systems and performance pay plans. She is passionate about performance improvement and enhancing client satisfaction through innovative implementation strategies.
