Supporting Ethics at Work: Designing systems, processes, and structures to support ethics at work
Behavior and its causes are at the root of the ethical dilemmas we face. If we want to increase ethical behavior we must act differently. To do this consistently is the challenge we all face in our personal and professional lives. This course, led by ADI experts and based on the business book A Good Day’s Work: Sustaining Ethical Behavior and Business Success, takes participants through the establishment of ethical support systems in the workplace, and refining the policies, procedures, structures and systems of work while offering a platform to apply what has been learned.
The second in a four-part ethics series, this course is designed to help participants apply the science of behavior to ethical business practices. Offered in an easy to follow and entertaining format, along with quizzes and games to enhance the learning experience.
